We accept various secure payment methods. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product availability.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. We typically accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is defective.

By completing a purchase with Essential Southern Charm, you agree to the following:

  • All chargeback requests must be initiated with your card issuer within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date.

  • Chargeback requests submitted after this period may not be honored.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and we reserve the right to restrict future purchases from customers who engage in such activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Putnam County, GA.
