✅ Easy Returns within 14 Days

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached if applicable.
  • Returns are accepted for store credit. You’ll receive a digital gift card to use toward your next Essential Southern Charm purchase.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Requesting a Refund Instead of Store Credit?

  • Refunds to your original payment method are available upon request.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and restocking costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Final sale, clearance, and special promotional items are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Click HERE to begin your return. Add your order number to the email and let us know if you will be returning it on your own or if you would like for us to send you a return label. If we send you a label the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit/refund amount.
