PRE-ORDER POLICY
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not currently available but will be ordered in a timely manner. Anything with a later ship date or release date is considered a pre-order.
It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order.
When you pre-order an item from Essential Southern Charm it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be ordered.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the vendors schedules and may take extra time to arrive.
Once you have received your item and need to send it back for any reason that is allowed, we do offer the 14 day window for returns.
